Ingredients:
- 400 g chanterelles
- 1 dl grädde
- 3 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- White pepper & salt
- 4 slices of bread mold
- 4 msk ströbröd (alt. riven ost)
To do this:
- Rensa kantarellerna och skär den eventuellt i mindre bitar.
- Fry the chanterelles on high heat in 2 tablespoons butter. Salta.
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan, then mix in the flour.
- Pour in the cream and milk and bring to boil while whipping.
- When the stew has thickened, season with salt and white pepper.
- Blanda i kantarellerna.
- Spoon out the stew in the form loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs or grated cheese.
- Bake in oven at 250 degrees until golden.
