Ingredients:
- 2 cod fillets with skin (about 500 g / pc)
- 500 g of mushrooms
- 2 para Bacon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Svartpeppar
- 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
- ½ cup chopped parsley
To do this:
- Be sure to clean and trim the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms in the butter so it gets a lovely finish. Cut the bacon into small pieces and mix into the sponge. Fry it all gets a golden finish and add the herbs.
- Take some time with the pepper grinder and set aside. Place a cod fillet on a cutting board skin side down, add the mushrooms and bacon over the fillet. Then on the second fillet and squeeze gently.
- Bind med steksnöre (som man gör med en vanlig stek). Bryn smör i en rymlig stekpanna och stek torsken så den får en härlig yta på bägge sidor.
- Place the cod on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes. Bryn perhaps a little more butter and serve with fish.
