Ingredients:
- 4 bits of the cod fillet
- Coarse salt
- Svartpeppar
- 200 g kantareller
- Smör
- 140 g bacon
- ½ tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
To do this:
- Share greater mushrooms. Fry them in butter with bacon and rosemary.
- Heat the butter in a skillet until it is golden brown. Fry the fish over medium heat in batches, 2-4 minutes per side. Add salt and pepper.
- Servera torsken med svampfräset, skirat smör och potatismos.
