Ingredients:
- 400 g tagliatelle
- 1/2 st butternutsquash
- 500 g chicken livers
- 1 onion
- 100 g mushrooms (fresh)
- 150 gr bacon
- 2 cups cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Parmesan (freshly grated)
- Salt & pepper
- Parsley Leaf
To do this:
- Cook pasta as directed on package.
- Peel and chop onion. Peel and dice the pumpkin into inch size pieces. Share on chicken liver. Dice the bacon.
- Heat a skillet, fry the bacon crispy. Add the pumpkin and onion. Cook until the squash is soft, hold up. Fry the chanterelles. Fry the chicken liver for 2-3 minutes over high heat. Mix all ingredients together. Beat the cream and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Turn up the pasta with the sauce. Fold in the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Finish with parsley.
