Tagliatelle with pumpkin, chicken liver and chanterelles

Ingredients:

  • 400 g tagliatelle
  • 1/2 st butternutsquash
  • 500 g chicken livers
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g mushrooms (fresh)
  • 150 gr bacon
  • 2 cups cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Parmesan (freshly grated)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Parsley Leaf

To do this:

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Peel and chop onion. Peel and dice the pumpkin into inch size pieces. Share on chicken liver. Dice the bacon.
  3. Heat a skillet, fry the bacon crispy. Add the pumpkin and onion. Cook until the squash is soft, hold up. Fry the chanterelles. Fry the chicken liver for 2-3 minutes over high heat. Mix all ingredients together. Beat the cream and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Turn up the pasta with the sauce. Fold in the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Finish with parsley.
