Chanterelle-, apple-and nöttoast
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Brush the mushrooms thoroughly and cut into even sized pieces. Cut the bell pepper and avocado into chunks. Add mushrooms, peppers and zucchini on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Rust in the oven for 10 minutes. Place the mixture in a bowl. Dice the apples, chop the walnuts and mix. Season with vinegar, salt and pepper. Place the mixture on the bread.
