Ingredients:
- 8 slices steak about 600 g
- 1 gul lök
- ½ liter of cleaned mushrooms or mixed mushrooms (dried 25g)
- 140 g bacon
- ½ burk färskost med kantarellsmak
- 2 cups milk or cream
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- About 1-2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch formulation for light sauces
To do this:
- Skala och skär löken.
- Cut the sponge into cubes.
- Fry the bacon, mushrooms and onion a few minutes in a frying pan. Allow to cool.
- Place the meat on a cutting board and spice.
- Spread filling over meat.
- Rulla ihop och fäst med tandpetare.
- Honing around.
- Dilute with stock and after frying on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
- Lift up the roulades, add cream cheese, milk and boil. Place the leftover stuffing in the pan and stir into the sauce.
- Taste salt and pepper.
- Serve the roulades with rice, boiled vegetables and sauce.
- Cucumber, lingonberry jelly goes well with.
