- 1 sachet, 300 g, quornbitar (not breaded)
- 4 portioner jasminris
- olive oil (to fry)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cans of mushrooms (each 110 g)
- 1 cup cocktail onions (drained)
- 1 package of 250 g frozen green beans (thawed)
- 1 pot crimp parsley
- Boil the rice according to directions on package.
- Heat a skillet with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Fry quornbitarna until nicely browned on all sides.
- Skala och grovhacka vitlöken.
- Add garlic, mushrooms (drained), pickled onions and beans and let all fry together for 2-3 minutes. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Roughly chop the parsley and fold into it. Place on plates and serve with rice.
