Osso buco is a classic Italian law.

Ingredients:
- Calf Laid meat (without bones) 800 grams
- The shortening for frying 2 tablespoons
- Yellow onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Trattkantarell 5 dl

- White wine (dry) 2 cups
- Water 1.5 dl
- Vegetable Fund (conc) 5 tbsp
- Bay leaves 1 leaf
- Thyme (dried) 1 tsp
- Rosemary (dried) 1 tsp
- Tomato paste 3 tablespoons
- Persilja (finhackad) 2 msk
- Ribbon Pasta 400 grams
- Salt & pepper
To do this:
- Cut the meat into 2 cm thick slices.
- Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the meat quickly over high heat until golden. Stir. Add to the side.
- Peel and chop the onion, garlic and mushrooms. Fry in pan on medium heat. Add the meat and add the wine, water + stock, spices and tomato paste.
- Koka på svag värme i ca 1,5 timme. Strö över hackad persilja mot slutet.
