Ingredients:
- Ca: 1 kg Vildsvins grytbitar
- Butter for frying
- Very fresh thyme
- 2 klyftor Vitlök
- 2 yellow onions
- 3 Morötter
- 1 Parsnip
- 1 bit Rotselleri
- 1 Grönsaksbuljongtärning
- About 4 cups water
- 2.5 dl matlagningsgrädde gärna 4 %
- Chanterelles If fresh blanched (but otherwise the 2 cans)
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- bit Soya
- small bundle Parsley
- ½ - 1 teaspoon currant jelly
Honing this first:
- Pot Bits, wild boar
- Very fresh thyme
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 yellow onions
Keep it here:
- 3 carrots
- 1 palsternacka
- 1 bit rotselleri
- 1 grönsaksbuljongtärning.
- Approximately 4dl water.
- 2.5dl cream
- Taste your way through, different wines have different amounts of flavor ... to find the right balance.
- Simmer on low heat for about 1-1 ½ hours.
- Peel the potatoes and turn on when the boil is ready to add some more in the pot:
- Chanterelles If fresh blanched, but otherwise the two cans.
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- Lite soy
- Small bunch of parsley.
- ½ -1 teaspoon of currant jelly.
När potatisen är klar är grytan klar!
Servera med kokt potatis, Vinbärsgelé & syltlök
For more festive occasion, you can take some good red wine about 2 dl and only take 2 dl water.
