- 125 g butter
- 3 cups flour

To do this:
- Quickly combine the butter and flour by hand or in food processor to a crumbly mass. Add water and work quickly together to form a smooth dough. Press the dough into 15 small aluminum trays. Place in freezer for 10 minutes. Bake pajskalen in the center of the oven about 10 minutes.
