Kantarellsoppa med bröd 425x200 Margaretas svampsoppa

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 1/2 cup trumpet mushrooms

  • 2 tbsp plain flour

  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 dl creme fraiche
  • 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 pieces of pink peppercorns (crushed)
  • Parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Madeira wine, not necessary

To do this:

  1. Fry the chopped onion and mushrooms in butter.

  3. Boil 10 minutes.
