Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 cup trumpet mushrooms
- 1 1/2 dl trattkantareller
- 1-2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 7 dl oxbuljong
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 cups milk
- 1 dl creme fraiche
- 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 pieces of pink peppercorns (crushed)
- Parsley
- 3 tablespoons Madeira wine, not necessary
To do this:
- Fry the chopped onion and mushrooms in butter.
- Dust with flour and dilute with oxbuljongen.
- Boil 10 minutes.
- Tillsätt grädde, mjölk och creme fraiche + soja och peppar.
- Boil for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
