Ingredients:
- 400 g of pork tenderloin
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 2.5 tbsp touch of taste chanterelle fund
- 10 st körsbärstomater
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 60 g chanterelles frozen, dried, freshly picked or preserved
- 1 tsk margarin
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- salt och peppar
- 2 cups uncooked rice, preferably wholegrain
- Broccoli
To do this:
- Cut the pork tenderloin in cm-thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan along with the chanterelles until golden brown.
- Turning over the sour cream, cream, mushroom stock and tomatoes. Stir and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle with thyme.
- Servera med kokt ris och broccoli.
