Lovely pork with chanterelle sauce

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of pork tenderloin
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 2.5 tbsp touch of taste chanterelle fund
  • 10 st körsbärstomater
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 60 g chanterelles frozen, dried, freshly picked or preserved
  • 1 tsk margarin
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • salt och peppar

Accessories :

  • 2 cups uncooked rice, preferably wholegrain
  • Broccoli

To do this:

  • Cut the pork tenderloin in cm-thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. Fry in a pan along with the chanterelles until golden brown.
  • Turning over the sour cream, cream, mushroom stock and tomatoes. Stir and let simmer for a few minutes.
  • Sprinkle with thyme.
  • Servera med kokt ris och broccoli.
