Ingredients:
- 4 chicken fillets

- 3 cups fresh chanterelles
- 3 finely chopped shallots
- 1 cup rosé
- 3 cups whipping cream

To do this:
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
- Share chicken fillets into two pieces each.
