Go through the steps during parboil .
Add the fresh mushrooms into bite-size pieces in a saucepan. Put on low heat and let the water boil away in the sponges. Do not add cooking fat! Fats go rancid after a while even in the freezer. Let the mushrooms cool, place in plastic bags or tightly fitting plastic containers and freeze.
Do not refreeze fresh mushrooms, both texture and flavor can deteriorate significantly.
Various marine rings, cured meats and pickles is also suitable for the preservation of fungi.
