A filling pizza with plenty of mushroom flavor. Parma Crisps, mushroom cream and toppings can be prepared.

 

2 pizzas

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 cups water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dark syrup
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 7 dl vetemjöl

  • 1 dl parmesanost, riven
  • 100 g olives, like sun-dried

Garnish:

  • 0.5 cup chives, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream

To do this:

  1. Heat the water to 45 °. Mix water, olive oil, syrups, and salt. Add flour, Parmesan cheese and finally the yeast. Work into a smooth dough and yeast uncovered about 40 minutes.
