To do this:
- Fry 5 cups cleaned chanterelles, 1 peeled and diced apple and 1 chopped shallot in 2 tablespoons butter.
- Häll på 3 dl svampbuljong och 6 dl mjölk.
- Boil up and simmer about 10 minutes.
- Blend the soup in a blender with 4 tablespoons of apple sauce, salt and pepper.
- Share and toast 1 cup hazelnuts in a dry pan.
- Serve the soup with the toasted hazelnuts.
