It's fine to keep it vegetarian, but three slices of chorizo sausage in one of the layers is good too.

Ingredients:
- 1 packet fresh lasagne sheets
- 300 g of chopped chanterelles
- 1 dl hackad salladslök

- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups grated Västerbotten
To do this:
- Start by frying the chanterelles in the butter.
- Season with salt and add the scallions.
- Add the cream cheese and let it melt down and place the end of the frozen spinach. Stir and season with pepper and more salt if necessary.
