Very good mushroom soup to have as a starter , it's a mushroom soup that gets really good, is quite simple to do and that most can appreciate.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams chanterelles
  • 2 yellow onions
  • Smör
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 leek
  • Chicken Broth
  • Cream
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking:
