Receptet är ”höftat” ihop, så var inte rädd att prova dig fram! Det är ganska mycket sås, men det behöver det vara med pressad potatis.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg pork
- 2 paket bacon
- 1 onion
- 0.5 l of water
- 00:25 veal stock vial
- 0.5 l cream
- 1 tbsp Chinese soy
- 100 g gorgonzola
- 2,5 dl sour cream
- 1-2 tablespoons flour
- 1 can of mushrooms
- Grated cheese
To do this:
- Ansa fillets and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Fry them on both sides and place in a pan.
- Finely chop the onion and fry. Crispy Fry the bacon and mix with the onion. Add on top of meat.
- Boil together water and veal stock and soy sauce. Stir in cream and rode off to a not-too-thick sauce. Boil for about 10 minutes. Mix in sour cream and cheese and let cheese melt properly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Häll såsen över köttet. Smörstek kantarellerna och lägg ovanpå.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green salad.
