Pork tenderloin with gorgonzola gratin

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kg pork
  • 2 paket bacon
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 l of water
  • 00:25 veal stock vial
  • 0.5 l cream
  • 1 tbsp Chinese soy
  • 100 g gorgonzola
  • 2,5 dl sour cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • Grated cheese

To do this:

  1. Ansa fillets and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Fry them on both sides and place in a pan.
  2. Finely chop the onion and fry. Crispy Fry the bacon and mix with the onion. Add on top of meat.
  3. Boil together water and veal stock and soy sauce. Stir in cream and rode off to a not-too-thick sauce. Boil for about 10 minutes. Mix in sour cream and cheese and let cheese melt properly. Season with salt and pepper.
