Crepes 435x200 Crêpes med kantarellfyllning

Crêpes are small filled and gratinated pancakes. Usually, you fill them with a good stew.

ca 4 portioner

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 dl vetemjöl
  • 6 dl mjölk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 50 g melted butter or margarine

Filling:

  • 1 liter of freshly cleaned coarsely chopped mushrooms
  • 2 msk finhackad gul lök
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 3 dl visp- eller mellangrädde
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • ev 1/2 tsk soja

Gratin:

  • grated cheese

To do this:

  1. Fry the mushrooms and onion in margarine until the water has cooked in and it "snaps" into the sponge. Sprinkle with flour, stir and dilute with cream. Simmer the stew over low heat for at least 10 minutes. Season with salt and soy sauce.
  2. Whisk into a batter of flour and 2 1/2 cups milk. Then add the remaining milk, eggs, salt and shortening.
  3. Heat the pan and bake for about 12 thin pancakes (crepes).
