A good and hearty soup with chanterelles and creme fraiche.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium head cauliflower
  • 1 medium parsnip
  • 1 potato
  • 1 leek
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 liter of water
  • 3 tablespoons game and chanterelle fund or
  • 2 bouillon cubes with mushroom flavor
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
