Bacon-wrapped, stuffed chicken breast with chanterelle sauce

Simple, fast and festive. Kantarellost the sauce filling and gives a good taste.

Ingredients:

  • 4 equal size pieces of chicken fillet
  • 4 tablespoons kantarellost
  • 140 g fried bacon
  • Vitpeppar
  • 2 pkt á 140 g bacon slices
  • Smör
  • Potato
  • Carrots

Sauce :

  • 4 dl matlagningsgrädde
  • 1 cup white wine (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Wild / Chanterelle Fund
  • 3 tablespoons kantarellost
  • Salt
  • Vitpeppar

To do this:

  1. Cut kycklingfilérna but not all the way through.
  2. Stir together bacon cubes with mushroom and cheese filling fillets. Fold together and season with white pepper. There is no salt, bacon provides enough saltiness.
  3. Roll up each fillet for 4-5 bacon slices and make sure the seam is down.
  4. Fry them in butter on both sides and after frying on low heat for about 15 minutes depending on the size of the fillet.
  5. The internal temperature should be between 70 º -75 º.
