Simple, fast and festive. Kantarellost the sauce filling and gives a good taste.
För 4 personer.
Ingredients:
- 4 equal size pieces of chicken fillet
- 4 tablespoons kantarellost
- 140 g fried bacon
- Vitpeppar
- 2 pkt á 140 g bacon slices
- Smör
- Potato
- Carrots
Sauce :
- 4 dl matlagningsgrädde
- 1 cup white wine (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Wild / Chanterelle Fund
- 3 tablespoons kantarellost
- Salt
- Vitpeppar
To do this:
- Cut kycklingfilérna but not all the way through.
- Stir together bacon cubes with mushroom and cheese filling fillets. Fold together and season with white pepper. There is no salt, bacon provides enough saltiness.
- Roll up each fillet for 4-5 bacon slices and make sure the seam is down.
- Fry them in butter on both sides and after frying on low heat for about 15 minutes depending on the size of the fillet.
- The internal temperature should be between 70 º -75 º.
- Koka upp grädde, vin och fond. Tillsätt kantarellosten och låt koka ihop tills såsen tjocknat. Smaka av med salt och peppar.
- Served with potatoes and carrots.
